很多人都问我，当广播员比较累还是当老师累呢？
不同的累吧。在当广播员的后期，除了主持，也参与了很多行政和活动策划。再加上到了后期，有了职业倦怠感，就渴望换个环境，换个圈子，有个新的开始。
至于当老师，最累的末过于备课吧。怎么样在2小时的课内，用各种方式激起学生的兴趣，安排不同的活动让他们参与。 玩游戏，进行网上测试，看视频，小组讨论，辩论会。。。我每天都在想这个问题。有什么意见可以在这里留言给我，哈哈。现在公开寻求支援 ：）还好，学校有一班好同事，我时不时会和他们分享我备课方面的问题，希望他们可以给予意见。
当广播员和老师最大的不同是，广播员自说自话，看不到听众的反应。但在课堂上，同学们的一个笑容或一个哈欠，我都看在眼里。在上课时，我特别在意同学的反应，因为那是非常直接的，也是很宝贵的反馈。至少这些反应让我知道在课堂上，我做对了什么或是有什么地方需要改进。
除了忙备课教课，我也得为我最后一学期的硕士课程做冲刺。5月底就要到纽约参加毕业典礼，长这么大还是第一次去美国，很期待 ：）

哈，我觉得你的课很好阿， 我每个星期最期待的课就是你的课。我觉得至少我的班上那8个人都应该对你的课很有兴趣所以应该还好，你的课不需要有很多不一样的花招我们也会认真的上课。还有，打哈欠不代表你的课很无聊（对我来说）因为可能只是太累了。

丽仪老师好！
学生的表情不见然是对那堂课最直接的反应~;)有很多前因后果的；可能是上一堂课，可能是其它作业，可能是时段……
老师用心，学生都知道的。
有时候播视频，灯光暗下，会太舒服到~~~悃。所以视频最好是短短的；之后如果需要发言的，我们就会认真看。
有时候坐太久也是会走神，如果要出来写写东西，画一画，可能会比较机警。之前有一个老师很绝，他说class participation就看你在班上举手抢答的积极度；每次大家没精神就会拿这个出来恐吓大家（他够幽默，所以不反感）……还是没用，就会以早下课来诱使我们照办。
总之，我们最怕灯昏暗，一直给我们看ppt，一直讲讲讲的……会催眠;p
最让我们精神的是分组抢答，各组一个主题，各组抢答；最低分的那组会得做些什么取悦大家……会很吵，可是就是会觉得学习的时间过很快。
老师用不用心，学生feel得到；尽力都好。
